Pimp Your Packet Cake
If, like me, you're a lazy cook, keep an eye on American chef and TV host Rachael Ray, who doesn't mind a shortcut or two. Here's her tips for improving the look, taste and texture of a packet cake. Of course, Rachael doesn't know about YIAH, so when you're reading her tips for using cocoa, substitute your favourite YIAH chocolate powder, and consider adding one of YIAH's white chocolate powders to any of the white/vanilla packet cakes. It's just perfect with a heaped tablespoon of YIAH White Chocolate Lemon Myrtle Powder, and an extra teaspoon of melted butter.
