
If you have a job, you're in the customer service business. Customer service is easy. Just remember that everyone thinks its about them, and customers are no exception. In their case, for those few moments when they are a customer, it is about them. That's not to say they're always right. They're not. But as long as you're both being civil, they have a right to be heard.
If you are stuck in a cubicle, try to get a plant.
